I've finished setting up this print! I just need a test print before I make it public, and that'll have to wait until pay day.

I designed this print to memorialize the utterly heartless response by Amazon employers to the death of a worker in Troutdale, OR, April 26, 2026.
The family doesn't seem to have a fundraiser, so the profits will go into making more art like this. If youknow of a fundraiser to help the family of the worker, please tell me!

In the end the last couple of weeks was spent on purely technical stuff, like checking images were at the correct print resolution, setting up bleeds, making sure the #PDF TrimBox was set correctly, ensuring compliance with PDF/X-3:2002, and checking the mapping from Adobe #RGB 1998 #colorspace to #CMYK was correct.

@GIMP Really looking forward to upgrading to GIMP 3 for #CMYK support.

Today I was preparing a book cover with GIMP 2.1 and the CMYK separator plugin but it's pretty limited compared to what's coming in GIMP 3.

I love it when new software releases give you features you actually need instead of anti-features to extract more money. ❤️

В этой статье рассмотрим следующую задачу с МХТ 2023: Цветные принтеры для печати используют минимум 4 разных красителя— циан,маджента,жёлтый,чёрный(CMYK).Любой из них может закончиться в самый неподходящий момент,и бежать в поисках нового картриджа— то ещё приключение. Можно ли заменить четыре контейнера в принтере на один с веществом или смесью веществ,способных менять цвет при определённых внешних воздействиях (температура, электрическое/магнитное поля и др.)? В зависимости от выбранного воздействия на бумаге должна появляться точка одного из четырёх цветов CMYK.При необходимости можно добавить второй контейнер с дополнительным реагентом, который будет расходоваться в пренебрежимо малых количествах по сравнению с основным “красителем”. Мной было предложено следующее решение: Во-первых определим, что такое тонер.То́нер — обладающий особыми свойствами чёрный или цветной порошок, который переносится с помощью электрографического принципа на заранее специальным образом заряженный фотобарабан и формирует на нём видимое изображение, которое затем переносится на бумагу.
