I am a Bayesian but I don't endorse how ppl are using Bayesian analysis of #clinical #trials in the primary analysis. I prefer standard likelihoodist analysis of the trial data (which summarizes what the study actually showed), followed by a Bayesian analysis using historical data and/or priors.

Whikennon Bayesian meta-analyses could be employed for the same purpose, most meta-analytic methods are closeted Bayesian ones, so I do not view them as an alternative.
So be non-Bayesian in the Results and #Bayesian in the Discussion

Psilocybin is the active hallucinogenic substance found in #mushrooms such as Psilocybe cubensis, & is metabolised into #psilocin in the human body, but the chemical, & ingesting that, isn't the same thing as eating a "magic mushroom"!
