#RIP Jim Robson who got his start doing play by play right here in my hometown of Port Alberni at CJAV for the basketball tournaments (that continue to this day!)
There will never be a more iconic NHL Stanley Cup call than his Canucks/Rangers Game 6.
He was the absolute best.
We also lost our own local radio guy Evan Hammond just last month. He aspired to be a Robson, as everyone did.
Maybe they'll call a game together now.
