The Columbus Blue Jackets couldn’t keep up with the Carolina Hurricanes' red-hot power play, surrendering three man-advantage goals in a 5-2 loss at Nationwide Arena on Tuesday night. Kirill Marchenko and Adam Fantilli snapped goal droughts for the Jackets, but a three-point night from Nikolaj Ehlers and a dominant special teams performance powered the Hurricanes to victory as Columbus’ late-season slide continued.
