#EU zet belangrijke stappen om #CO2-uitstoot van bedrijven terug te brengen en tegelijkertijd #energiearmoede van EU burger aan te pakjen. Maarrrr.. t het gaat te langzaam. Het duurt nog een aantal jaar voordat de regels ingaan.
En de focus is teveel op de EU en EU bedrijven. Lage inkomenslanden zouden onderdeel van de plannen moeten zijn, zodat zij ook transitie kunnen maken naar economie die #koolstofvrij is.
