But I had a vigorous exercise program before surgery. And I have an even more vigorous one now. And drugs and diet. I don’t feel depressed, but I feel very detached and “separate”. I feel that I have to figure out why I am alive. I feel as if I am now wasting time. So do other people go through this experience? what is it?

Dilemma: When your cardiac scar is healed up nicely enough to get a tattoo, but it's healed up nicely enough that there's not a pressing desire to do so. #cabg

Evening Turbo - #Garmin says "give it some beans", was a bit short but beans were given. Ordinarily unfit, not #cabg or pills impaired.

Recovery note: doing some static hangs for a few seconds each. Have to set my core in like breaching for a deadlift to avoid blood eagle discomfort. Soft hands just soft. #cabg
