The City of Kitchener is a step closer to implementing its renoviction bylaw. At a Finance and Corporate Services Committee Monday night, council voted 5-3 in favour of the bylaw, which will require landlords to obtain a licence when issuing N13 notice that requires the unit to be vacant for renovations.
