Space Above and Beyond IS a fantastic series. I loved it then and every year do a rewatch since I have it on DVD.
I was even able to acquire a fanmade HD upscale that is pretty good.

One Tech Tip: How to move your music library to another streaming platform
Switching music streaming services can be daunting, but there are ways to transfer your library. Apple Music now offers a feature for users to move their libraries from other platforms. This feature, available in several countries, uses a third-party service called Songshift. Users need an Apple Music account and the latest app version to transfer their playlists and songs. Other platforms like Tidal, Deezer, and Amazon Music also offer transfer options using third-party services. Spotify is testing a similar feature. These services make it easier to switch without losing your favorite music.

The latest version of Windows Media Player makes ripping an audio CD less intuitive, although it can still be done (for now). There are other capable tools that will do the job, but MP has made ripping to FLAC fairly straightforward.

I'm a German #movie buff that has managed to collect over two thousand titles on #physicalmedia in my short life; and because I enjoy watching other collections and discovering new titles and special editions that I didn't know of yet, I decided to "go public" with my collection as well. This was in 2019 on Instagram.
Due to recent events, I've decided to move my activity from that service to #pixelfed and do a re-#introduction . When I was a child I already had a movie collection of #vhstapes (mostly Disney movies) but those where collected for me; I actively started collecting movies on #dvd in the 2000s. I had a break at the end of the 2000s and in ~2015 my collecting spark was rekindled with the #bluray . I have hardly any keep cases but focus on packaging like #steelbook #fullslip #digipak #digibook #mediabook, etc, and hope to present to you some well known, but also a lot of not so well known but really beautiful German releases. Most will be updates to my collection but every now and then I might port another old post from my instagram to this account, or pick out something older from my shelf to share with you.
