Jack C.Another Nanocoaster out of the backlog and ready to display! This one is Kumba at Busch Gardens Tampa. This ride really feels like it dealt the death blow to Arrow's more handcrafted coaster design process. Drachen Fire at Busch Gardens Williamsburg was Arrow's attempt to equal a B&M design and it really didn't come close.
A very enjoyable modern looper, and one of the few B&Ms with this sit-down train design.

EssAeEmToday was the final day to experience the sting of the Scorpion at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. The ride has been a staple at the Florida theme park since 1980 and was one of the first looping roller coasters I ever rode.
Rapid MomentumBusch Gardens Tampa has confirmed that Scorpion will close after 44 years of operation on Sept. 8.
Scorpion is 1 of 3 Silver Arrow models built by Anton Schwarzkopf.
