Morgen ist eh Backtag - Auffrischbrot steht an. Da kann ich auch gleich noch ein wenig Briocheteig ansetzen, zumal ich da auch noch Rinderhack im KS habe, das verarbeitet werden müsste. Das schreit nach - Hamburgern.

Gekaufte Buns kommen mir nicht ins Haus. Und sie selber zu backen, ist nun wirklich kein Hexenwerk. Das kann jeder.

Eigene BBQ-Sauce habe ich auch noch da. Dann mache ich noch ein paar karamelisierte Zwiebeln. Passt scho!
