The best boss I ever had ended up apologizing to me during one yearly evaluation for putting me in for a bonus.

Her evaluations were about the work and other contributions to the workspace, and ended up with a good talk about things coming up in the future to be aware of.

She always finished with goals for development and improvement ... but apparently you couldn't receive a perfect score if you had things to improve on.
And you couldn't receive the bonus without a perfect score.

The "compromise" was for me to be re-evaluated in 4 months and THEN get my perfect score and bonus.

My boss laid her head down on her desk after explaining this to me.

And I quit getting documented suggestions of things to work on.

@mig Hlavně ta dle mého názoru (DMN) masivní korupce na emisích co vyloženě smrdí, stačí když jdu kolem víceproudé ulice s velkým provozem a puch je to nesnesitelný. Ve zkorumpované rozvojové diktatuře 3. světa Kambodži ulice se srovnatelným provozem a žádný puch s výjimkou když jede nějaký vadný náklaďák z kterého jde černý kouř ale to je jen občas a stačí ubrat plyn aby se tomu člověk vyhnul. A tam se neplatí takové daně za zkorumpovaný byrokratický aparát: do obratu 1 375 000 Kč ročně se nejenže neplatí daně ale ani nepodává daňové přiznání, o tranši výše je to daň 2,73% a žádné sociální, zdravotní, televizní ani rádiové výpalné.

Emise ani STK v Kambodži podle mě vůbec nemaj a přitom jsou tam emise do nosu bijícím způsobem v mnohem lepším stavu než zde, kde DMN občany byrokratický šikanát - totalitní digitalitní digitatura jenom šikanuje technickou a emisema, aby z nich mohla vydírat výpalné.

Opět se mi potvrzuje moje teze, že Česko je země 4. světa.

The exhibition is part of AMRO26 - Art Meets Radical Openness Festival, which will take place in Linz from 13 to 16 May 2026.

Two immersive installations by jiawen uffline and by Maja Bojanić and Brin Žvan from Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory blur nature's irrational forces with institutional critique and artivism. Both works invite visitors to participate in order to activate them. The exhibition explores ideas of communication and sustainability and create a parallel realm where visitors gain agency.

The works in the exhibition connect questions of interaction, maintenance and yearning with nature as medium, as channel of transmission, and as a site through which existing structures can be transferred into subversive and irrational forms.
