Bunnings website enshittification complete 🤮

The last few times I've tried to use the #Bunnings website, it has been painfully slooooow.

This time I forgot to close the tab when u gave up in frustration, just switched to another. When I realised, and switched back much later …

Has anyone at Bunnings actually tested the abysmal (non)response time of their website lately??

Bunnings have introduced 'Buddy' their new "AI assistant" across their entire site.. 🤦‍♂️

Is it just me, or have #Bunnings made their website unbearably slow?

I can type bunnings com.au into my browser, then open the AliExpress app, find what I want, look at 27 other tacky gadgets, order them all, switch back to my browser, and the bunnings website is still struggling through treacle.

Have they added an AI assistant, perchance?

A new load of lucerne was delivered yesterday. This time I didn’t need to climb over them to get to the paddock gate as my better half had a chat to the new delivery driver on Sunday. 🤗

This morning, american accent girl "serving" couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge existence:

Me: "Hello"

Her: "Flybuys?" [Turns back to her coworker and continues chatting with him]

Me: "No, Hello..."

Her: "Cash or Card?" [Turns back to her coworker and continues chatting with him]

Me: "Card"

Her: [Shoves card reader towards me while continuing chatting with her coworker]

Her: [Hands receipt to me while continuing chatting with her coworker]

I don't care if your worker has the "major hots" for the guy working next to her, when you're serving a customer acknowledge and serve them.
