I fell asleep before trying my bundt cake last night, but I tried it today! It's very tasty, but a little dry. I think the directions in the recipe had me mix too much. I know for next time! It's definitely delicious though! It was a lot of work time wise, but still pretty easy to make. I'd definitely make it again. I'd give the cake an 8 out of 10, but the recipe gets like a 7 out of 10 for over mixing.

Today is the first New Recipe Saturday! I'm making my first ever bundt cake! It's definitely not going to look like the picture. Just fair warning. It looked a little messy in the pan. It'll still be tasty though. Results later. It has to bake and cool and then I have to put the glaze on and then it has to set.

Also I might make a bundt cake next week too because I have a recipe for a blueberry breakfast bundt cake!
