В цялата Шуменска област първи са "ДПС - Ново начало", втори - ГЕРБ-СДС. ПП-ДБ са трети с 6582 гласа от които ~2400 са лично за Айлин Пехливанова. Без нейните гласове не е много ясно дали ППДБ щеше да има депутат от Шумен, или БСП щяха да го вземат.

"От 30 години съм в политиката, от 20 години съм кмет на тази община, не бих казал, че избирателят не го е вземал (предвид), но не е само това, самата тя убеди избирателите".
