Biden meeting with the Bucharest Nine (B9). B9 was founded on Nov 4, 2015 in Bucharest, Romania, at the initiative of the President of Romania Klaus Iohannis and the President of Poland Andrzej Duda.
Members: Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
Created after the Russian annexation of Crimea and its intervention in eastern Ukraine in 2014.
