We started with the toasted quinoa and baby kale salad with persian cucumber, dried cranberries, blueberries, almonds, and meyer lemon vinaigrette. I like kale generally, but it can be a bit rough when it's raw. Baby kale doesn't have the same roughness, and I'd love for more places to have that in salads.

Dinner tonight was at #BrokenSpellLounge in the #DisneylandHotel . It was our first visit, and we had a lovely time. The food was good, and the staff was lovely, fun and helpful.
I had the chicken wings with a dry rub of what tasted like smoky barbeque without the sugar. Really nice flavor. The pickled vegetables were terrific.
I also had the Caesar salad, and those croutons were outstanding.
I tried the Black Thorn Bramble and really enjoyed it.
Will definitely be visiting again.
