- Meanwhile the top 'essential' excutives such as Chris O'Shea and his boss at BritishGas are paying themselves millions in bonuses with even shareholders rebelling and people unable to pay.

- BritishGas website advises going to their new 'improved' 'provide meter reading online service'. They cancelled and lost my account. Which I am happy to pay. But need an email (person) to contact.
Meanwhile they make up amounts, issue County Court Summons and effect peoples credit rating. Legalised crimminality? I would say yes.
I am not prepared for this madness. Too mad, senile and vulnerable as it is.
Anyone have any useful advice?
At the moment I am putting in a counter claim with the help of the governments various services. No gas but I use electricity which BritishGas also supply.
