Here is a commission that I worked on recently. The lovely customer asked for a wren brooch. I love to embroider wrens, they’re so cute and sassy 😊 Did you know that wrens often choose to nest in ivy? I’ve embroidered this one amongst ivy leaves so she is close to her nest.
I needle felted the colours and shape first then embroidered the detail. I think it’s pretty cute 😊
