Another (inevitable) #BritishAirways disappointment. Buy a ticket on their website, with a BA flight number, but can’t access the lounge.
They’ve changed the rules so if you’re flying with Vueling you have to have Gold status to access the lounge. As a mere pauper with Silver status, I was turned away.
Added bonus: particularly hostile and sarcastic staff on the door. Lovely stuff. BA never fails to deliver. 💩
