That seems like an excuse to me. KBO (Korean pro baseball) has implemented the full-time automatic balls-strikes call system this year, and while some players are balking at it, fans are HAPPY.

Even if the system is not "perfect" yet, it's totally useable, and most importantly, it applies to both teams equally.

While the call benefited Dodgers, I hate it when a strike gets called a ball because the catcher was set up on the opposite side of the plate. A strike is a strike, umps!
