Since January 2021, Max Wilbert and supporters -- including indigenous peoples who lived on this land for centuries -- have occupied BLM land at the proposed site of a massive lithium mine.
That site is now being destroyed by bulldozers.
Their ongoing non-violent protest is now the subject of a lawsuit.
