#HolosDiscover currently blocks #Bluesky accounts bridged via #BridgyFed, because AT Protocol has no equivalent to the indexable flag.
The bridge is opt-in, but bridged users cannot signal refusal of third-party indexing.
Standard opt-out mechanisms remain functional: block @HolosDiscover, #nobot or #noindex in bio, mention with "unfollow".

What's your opinion?

Periodical reminder that if you primarily use Mastodon and don't have or don't use #Bluesky, please enable bridging from your Mastodon to Bluesky using #BridgyFed, by following @bsky.brid.gy so people can follow you from there 🙏🏻

(Do the same in the other direction if you primarily use Bluesky for the people here)

What is the correct way to bridge a #bluesky / #eurosky account that is a verified domain (e.g. in my case @openrisk.eu) with a #mastodon account that is not (in this case @openrisk at mastodon.social)

The bridged account becomes @openrisk.eu which for practical purposes is distinct account.

Is there a better way?
