Yesterday, we visited the Museum of Brands in Ladbroke Grove. Fascinating to see material from the 1st referendum on membership of the then EC/ Common Market. My Mum had a “Yes” sticker in her Ford Anglia but I recall little else from that time.
Interesting to see Europhobic rhetoric changed little over 41 years.
Events seem to support Marj Proops’ view.
