The ancient origins of beer - Malcolm Purinton

This week I bought some apple cider (non-alcoholic) and noticed it didn't have any preservatives. I decided to pop a couple grains of yeast in a bottle with it and see if I could carbonate it, and I'm happy to report it was a success! Just a couple days would have been fine, I had a blow-out at some point. Still, nice soft carbonation and a low alcohol content 😋

Always exciting when the bubbling spirit enters the brew.
Ever wondered why your espresso tastes different from your French press? It’s all in the grind! 🧐 Finer grinds = quick, bold extractions (think espresso shot! ⚡), while coarser grinds = slow, smooth sips (hello, French press! ☕️). Playing with grind size is your brewing superpower – the game-changer for the perfect cup!
