2) Preparing my mind with deep sleep and #breathing.
3) #Exercised my freedom and body
4) Not ranted... well not yet...
5) Started using #Vivaldi Browser. Again. So far, so cool.
6) Seen a couple of tits (birds) outside my window.
7) Wondered if I should/could or will use exelearning.org

After watching the Richard Gere produced '#Wisdom of #Happiness' documentary His Holiness rant by the Dalai Lama (featuring very interesting clips of his life) and as usual practicing Deep #breathing #meditation. Guess wot?

Me, swearing and shouting at the computer (as usual) Maybe I need tranquillisers or a holiday, as well? I must be the worst #Buddhist after Mara.

The cause. Well the enclosed rant went well, I then exported as an .ogg file. Could I access it to upload? Took me about 5 minutes to find it. Anger arising. Engage swearing. Expletives... all calmness gone.

Fume!

All right back in the #zone now. #Feeling better.
