we can live healthy lives without eating animal products.

in fact, just one 50g #sausage per day increases risk of colorectal #cancer by 18%. (source: nutritionfacts.org)

yet these animal products are even more harmful to those who are sent to the #slaughterhouse.

even so-called #vegetarian products like #dairy involve repeated forceful impregnation (rape) of cows as well as removal (kidnapping) of their children. dairy is #breastmilk, and cows like other mammals just produce it after giving birth.

bull calves are often straight up shot in the head shortly after birth, because they can't give milk.

all that is really sad, but fortunately we can chose whether we support exploitation, because #oatmilk, #peamilk, #soymilk and #potatomilk are on the shelves in pretty much any #ICA here.
