I’m presenting a workshop, Embodied Guidance: physical sensation and personal truth. The purpose of the workshop is to provide participants with a direct experience of personal truth by sensitization to the nuances of embodied sensations.

The workshop will include:
An introduction to: Congruence Testing; the ASCs generated by Connected Breathwork that support such sensitization; models of inner guidance, both traditional and modern.
Practical experience via: Congruence Testing exercises and a brief Connected breathwork session.
