🌸 Today, on 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, let's stand together to support mothers facing mental health challenges during pregnancy and postpartum. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and every mother deserves compassion, understanding, and care.
🤱 Postpartum depression, anxiety, and other maternal mental health disorders affect many women globally, but stigma often keeps them silent. By opening up the conversation, educating ourselves, and supporting one another, we can make a real difference.
💬 Share your stories, spread awareness, and advocate for better support systems. Together, we can build a community where every mother feels heard and supported.

Stigma grows in silence. Healing begins in community. 🤝

But the truth is, speaking up takes incredible courage.
Today, challenge yourself: have one honest conversation about mental health.
It could be with a friend, a family member, or even yourself. Let's normalize the conversation.
