This was THE MOST INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS Moqueca Baiana and fresh baked Pão de Queijo we have ever made/tasted! I'm going to go ahead and toot both our horns here because I genuinely think @sebalicious and I have finally perfected this meal. The moqueca broth was so heavenly with all of the deep, delicious flavors of the seafood and fresh vegetables, and I wish that we had more!

This weekend, we made the MOST DELICIOUS Moqueca and Pão de queijo! We've made it before, but this one really takes the cake when it came to flavor. It was truly an incredible eat🐟🧅🦐🧄🫑🍛🧀🍞😍😛

This go around I discovered that pão de queijo takes significantly less time to bake in the toaster oven 😅, so the outer crust was a bit crisper than it would traditionally, but the inside was still perfectly cheesy and bouncy, so it made for an amazing treat to dip in and soak up all the moqueca broth 🤤

@sebalicious discovered that despite the deceiving fins, red snappers got hands, and it wasn't going to be fileted without a fight! But they ultimately came out of it victorious, and the depth of flavor that fish gave this meal was absolutely worth the fight imho 🤤🤤🤤🤤
