Kypedsnp@jcbriscoe I'd like to be hopeful, but it seems doubtful. As you mentioned we need #humility to get there, but also a degree of #respect for others in order to dialogue and truly listen to viewpoints that differ from our own. #JonathonHaidt has done some great work on the topic, and organizations like #BraverAngels have the potential to help, if people become willing to step outside their political tribes.
