Un peu comme les 3 bonheurs du jour, pour moi (et aussi au taf), j'ai un fichier qui s'appelle "Brag Doc" (et en perso, ça s'appelle "Brag me" ^^)
To Brag, en anglais, ça signifie, en gros, "se la péter". Pour le taf, c'est utile pour mettre en avant l'avancement de ses objectifs.
Pour le perso, c'est idéal aussi pour apprendre à avoir confiance en soi et en ses capacités. J'ai donc une page sur mon anytype, je la remplis pas tous les jours, mais de temps en temps, j'indique la date, et j'y écris ce dont je suis fière me concernant.

Do you keep a #BragDoc? If you don’t know what I mean, here’s a good primer - https://jvns.ca/blog/brag-documents/ - TLDR is that it’s a kind of work diary. I’m curious to see how others format it, so maybe people would be willing to share? Anonymized of course.

Mine is extremely simple. Once or twice a week I just note highlights. A good meeting, something I shipped, things like that.

But I know there’s folks who have specific sections for learnings etc, so hence being curious if there’s more I can do.

As a developer (or honestly anyone) I highly recommend keeping a "Brag Doc" - this is a tool where you write up what you've achieved to refer to it later.

It helps with a load of stuff. For me:
- Reminding myself what I've done, as it's easy to forget (see; Recency bias )
- For a future CV
- When it's time to negotiate a salary

There's probably loads of others.
