.. individuelle Vernunft häufig identisch ist mit kollektiver Unvernunft.

Letzteres ist mathematisch beweisbar. Außer dem #Gefangenendilemma gibt es die #Schwarm Blödheit oder das #braessparadox, bei dem die Sperrung einer Straße den #Verkehr im Gesamtsystem entlasten kann.

At some point, I might need to create an English post or video about this. I think what Veritasium and Steve Mold did is fantastic, but I want to make the spring-traffic connection more concrete to give the #BraessParadox mechanism more depth beyond just a fun analogy.
