Here follows a request for information that I have just sent to the EU Council regarding the proposed EU payment system to replace VISA and Mastercard.

I am trying to find out how the new EU payments system, from what I understand will be based on Wero, will deal with people who still want to use payment cards, debit or credit to make payments.
