And to many folks from 1935 to 1958 (and from TV reruns) many folks saw the comedy in being a #deadendkids

The Dead End Kids, a group of young actors from New York City who appeared in the 1935 play, Dead End.
#SamuelGoldwyn brought them to #Hollywood in 1937 to make movies.
They continued to make many movies to 1958 as Little Tough Guys, East Side Kids, #BoweryBoys
