I'm nervously gearing up to the Big Day (Feb 3rd, because Feb 2nd is #Writephant ) when I shift from private lessons in Tang Soo Do to regular group classes. It's like jumping into a cold pool--I want to swim, but that first chill . . .
Hubby drove from Delaware to Ohio over the weekend to visit a friend and came home exhausted, plus a cooler of ground venison. Anyone have any good recipes?
