It continues:

"It doesn't even matter whether you play golf yourself, or couldn't care less or know someone else at Bovril Sign Brixton who does.

"We've set up a unique business partnership opportunity with Addington Palace Golf Club.

"Specifically aimed at Art Galleries."

Continues etc etc, closing with a request to pay £240/month for year’s partnership.
