That's a loss of £𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 (just GONE) and equates to an average monthly 𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 of circa £𝟯𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 a month!

➡️ In 2023, PCC announced they'd be selling the building.
