#Biden’s #DepartmentOfLabor has a new #overtime rule proposal up for public comment. It will make all of the millions of folk who make less than $55,000/year eligible for #TimeAndAHalf pay when they work more than 40 hours per week.

It also makes #workers who are not really #managers who make less than $143,988 (bottom 85% of all #working folk) eligible for overtime.

Finally…automatic updates for inflation etc. every 3 years.
