It's #BottlingDay. The gravity of the beer hasn't changed until Friday. The #beer has been cold crashing for 36 hours. Bottles are washed and currently draining. Later we'll give them a few minutes in the convection oven at 80°C.

JonathanBottled three batches of beer over the last couple of days- first up was a Vista hop SMaSH for an upcoming Club comparison and the other two are a split batch fixed ferm Table Beer, part dry hopped with Meridian and part was rested on lemon zest for a few days.
