bc I just saw the new trailer for The Boy Next World, and it's looking to be more involved than the teaser indicated. (Which, granted, the teaser did exactly that, but still.)

Like there may be something wider in scope than the multiversal romance going on? Or maybe not so much that, but... in addition.

I don’t have full context, beyond the description on screen which says that BossNoeul are performing a ceremony for The Boy Next World. (If anyone knows more, I would love to learn.)

There’s something really cool about the fact that it seems like the fans are also participants, at least insofar as they are given some of the flower petals.

While I don’t doubt that Boss and Noeul engage in some degree of fanservice, I’m a little baffled at a comment I saw about them not being able to be themselves and having to pretend to be Phayu and Rain all the time?

Because… Both Boss and Noeul are very distinct from their characters, even when flirting on stage. Even when playing it up for the audience.

They’re not their characters, and don’t act like them. So… Huh?
