I recently watched an excellent film from director Boris Lojkine - Camille (2019) about Camille Lepage, a French photojournalist who was killed while documenting the conflict in the Central African Republic in 2014. She was 26 years old.

She was dedicated to shining a light on the conflict in CAR - sharing the stories not covered by the mainstream media:

“I can't accept that people's tragedies are silenced simply because no one can make money out of them. I decided to do it myself, and bring some light to them no matter what."
