Resale shop find. Venus on the Half Shell by Kilgore Trout (actually Philip José Farmer). It's the edition that still pretends to be from Kilgore Trout. Later editions credit it prominently to PJF. It's beaten to crap but I've never seen a copy that wasn't. (Well, based on a sample of two).

And National Lampoon's LotR parody Bored of the Rings. Obviously this edition came out shortly before the movies.
