Pretty sure some of the Flickr Pro subscriptions I bought (starting in 2008 as best I can tell) were using credit cards. But even if the first one (assume 2008) was using a debit card (available at 16), that'd still make me MORE THAN 18 because (2025 - 2008) > 2. Last I checked, anyway.
