The Radioactive Boogaloo booklet by Matthew Tapp, a free supplement for #BarrowsAndBorderlands is glued up! I'm digging the electric pink Dacron bowstring and the carpenter's glue (use what you have) is still flexible. I'll pick up some PVA (white) glue when I add cover pages and the cover. I'm not thinking hardcover, but maybe a sturdy cardstock with the printed cover graphics and book fabric?
My first attempt at actually painting (vs "just" tinting) the leather. I hated the process, now loving the result. I'm left with the only option of getting better.

Also, Bitter Melon Bindery is at a book conservatory. Probably a museum. So, she's talking with curators about 100s of year old books and techniques they used to conserve them.
They had an Armenian prayer scroll. You roll it up and tie it to secure it. (The text didn't look Armenian to me. I don't know a lot about Armenian history.) But so many people tried to conserve it over the centuries. Some used fabric. Some used tape. (I am guilty.)

今日はこんなものを作ってみました！A7サイズのノート（もちろんトモエリバー製）にかけるノートカバーです。YouTubeで簡単な縫い方を学んで、手持ちの布で作ってみました。実物はもうちょっといい感じの水色なのですが、スマホのホワイトバランス難しいです😅
