A memo from the #pediatricians to their non-ER physician colleagues said that the Urgent Pediatric Assessment Clinic will close on Sept. 1.
The memo advises that patients requiring urgent pediatric consultation — within 24 hours — should be sent to Victoria General’s emergency department, where they can be assessed by an ER doctor with a subsequent on-call pediatric referral as needed.
For patients needing semi-urgent pediatric consultation — within four weeks — the pediatrician on call at Victoria General can assist with the referral and triaging.

I'm reminded of how much people don't really care about public health safety nor do they really care about eugenics on disabled peoples. @sunumbral It's our #BCgovernment & #BonnieHenry to blame for removing mask mandates in medical settings. Only mandatory masking now is in clinical rooms with a doctor in hospital. All other protections for hospital patients/staff/visitors have been removed by the #eugenicist social murderer working as #BCPublicHealth officer. Our lives don't matter to these cruel jerks.

When I tried saying that in past to folks who refuse to mask, they whip out - Dr Bonnie Henry is a professional doctor & she knows more than you.
I cannot deal with people who don't get that not all people who have Dr. as part of their status is actually ethical. Several are #eugenicists - like #BonnieHenry have violated #HippocraticOath multiple times & should have licenses revoked.
@MegaMichelle They won't do that. They won't even buy N95s so PAPR won't ever be considered. I'm tolerated but feel ostracized at work because I'm still protecting with masks, still keep asking for proactive masking - despite being shut down on that multiple times. I'm in a very tiny minority of covid cautious folks at work & in larger local community.
