After breakfast at the RYSE, we went to Gangnam to meet up with friends. We visited Bongeunsa, followed by Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs and the Starfield Library. We ended up at Hongdae for dinner.

After our usual breakfast at the RYSE, we took the subway over to Gangnam to meet up with friends. We started out at Bongeunsa, a Buddhist temple, followed by lunch at Haidilao. In the afternoon, we visited the nearby Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs before returning to the Starfield COEX Mall to visit the Starfield Library. We ended the day back at Hongdae for dinner.
Here is my attempt at calligraphy. I made it at the Bongeunsa temple as part of a templestay program they have for foreigners. It is a Buddhist sutra that means "A person who knows contentment will be happy, at ease. Even though sleeping on the ground. A person who does not, will be always uncomfortable. As they cannot stop craving something."
