To mark the 40-year anniversary of Peter Mayle’s classic middle-class odyssey ‘A Year in Provence’, publishers are planning a special new edition rumoured to be entitled ‘Ninety Days in Provence’, in celebration of the new freedoms now enjoyed by UK citizens thanks to #Brexit.
The book’s sequel, ‘Toujours Provence’, will be reissued as ‘Quelquefois Provence’.
