I just finished this painting, I like how the colour of the landscape looks like a background from a Renaissance painting, and the Boletus I found in my Studio garden last year, is painted wonderfully transparent.

Have you ever tried porcini mushrooms? It is not too cold here, but I would love this comforting chickpea and porcini mushroom served with a piece of home baked sourdough.

My sourdough starter was given to me in 2017 in Flagstaff, Arizona, It travelled with me, first to Ohio and now to New Mexico and it is still producing bread a couple of times a week.
