Tips for training one arm pushup? - Lemmy.World

Been using convict conditioning but but finding it great. I’m trying with one hand raised but looking for tips. Recently started placing feet further apart, not sure it’s helping. Tried to do this with raised hand further to the side, which made it harder and I don’t know if it’s better or not. Any tips you have would be great, thanks.
