I didn't even know that #RedThreadGames made a new game until I saw a #PCGamer article about it. (The comments section was filled up with conservative weirdos as it's apparently their latest #CultureWar target.)
Tried out the demo and apparently this "worst game ever" is a very solid Telltale-esque #AdventureGame with #RhythmGame and #brawler portions.
And, yeah, it contains all those things brainworm'd regressives hate: #PoC, #queer and #BodyDiversity rep.
#Lalaland.ai and generative #AI are here being used by Levis & others to avoid hiring diverse models. It’s a way to avoid hiring PoC. But it’s also a way to avoid hiring #FatModels.
#Fatshion matters. #BodyDiversity matters.

It was important to write a character who *could* look like me, without any of the self-loathing so many #fat characters have. She’s unashamed of her size, and unaffected by how others see her.
And it was important for me to write a love interest who loves her *for* her body (without being weirdly fetishy about it). To him, she’s this perfect package of looks, intelligence and talent.

I follow all these amazing #illustrators & #artists on the socials and am so sad to see how so many of their original characters are thin.
There is absolutely no reason why you can’t have a fat love interest in a fantasy comic about WEREWOLVES. Fat people are real. Werewolves and vampires are not. As much as I wish I could have a threesome with them.
